Karen L. Giblin is founder of the nation's largest menopause management education program - Red Hot Mamas® Menopause Management Education Program. She is also CEO of Red Hot Mamas North America, Inc. which she started in 1991.

Red Hot Mamas North America, Inc. is a diversified education organization serving the healthcare industry. The firm has deep roots and special expertise in the area of mid-life women’s healthcare. The business is focused on four areas of practice: menopause education programs; product launch/product enhancement services; website initiatives; and conducting behavioral research projects/recruitment to clinical trials. Karen writes a monthly newsletter “The Menopause Minute” which is distributed through her website redhotmamas.org to thousands of women across the USA. She is also a national speaker on mid-life women’s health issues.
