Mitchell Tepper, PhD is the founder of the Sexual Health Network, Dr. Tepper completed his doctoral dissertation at the University of Pennsylvania Program in Human Sexuality Education.

He has a Master in Public Health degree from the Yale University School of Medicine.
Since sustaining a spinal cord injury in 1982, he has been involved in helping others with disabilities to improve their quality of life through facilitation of support groups, providing one-on-one peer counseling, conducting numerous educational seminars, publishing on sexuality and spinal cord injury including a comprehensive curriculum to educate and train health professionals in providing sexual health care, and conducting sexuality research with national significance.
