Tri-mix is composed of papaverine, regitine and prostaglandin E1. It is injected directly into the penis to produce an erection and is used for male erectile dysfunction or premature ejaculation. The cost is dependent on the dose. However, the average 1cc dose can cost anywhere from $18 to $22.
