TOPIC: Anal Sex
#39294
Anal Sex 3 Months, 3 Weeks ago Karma: 0
I'm new here, hopefully I'm posting in the right topic.
I have a (somewhat embarrassing) question about anal sex. Two years ago I was anally raped. I had had anal sex before that with a gentle partner and never had a problem. In the two years since the rape, I have not tried to have anal sex until recently.
What I'm running into now is that, although my partner is very gentle and careful, It is very painful to the point that we haven't been able to even do it at all. Could there be some damage that was done that is causing this?
It's something that he has never tried and is curious about, and that I used to enjoy. I don't know if there is physical damage that would make it a bad idea to keep trying, or if it's all mental and I'm just too nervous to relax.
I have some visible damage to the outer part, but the pain is coming from deeper inside, about two or three inches in.

Hi Violet Sunset, first of all did you seek counseling at a rape crisis center when that happened. If not
you should do it now. If it is painful to attempt anal sex then you need to be examined by your doctor to see if there is physical inside damage which the doctor can treat.
