Sweating 6 Years, 7 Months ago
This may be along the same lines as the discharge thing, but does anyone know of anything to stop sweating in the crotch area? They make antiperspirant for your armpits; is there anything for your crotch? This was a real problem when I had to wear pantyhose all the time, even in the winter, because just sitting with my legs together for a short time can make my crotch area warm and sweaty. But, even with just cotton underwear, I still tend to get sweaty, sometimes even when it's chilly! One gyn suggested a hormonal vaginal cream ( estrogen, I think), but I think he was just guessing as he didn't seem sure that it would work. Plus, after reading about all the side effects on the insert, I opted not to even try it. It wasn't worth the risk. Any ideas or suggestions?

What about using talcum powder when you get out of the shower in the morning?
I seem to remember that there is a "cure" for this condition, and it's often used on people's hands or feet if they sweat a lot, I just can't remember what it is.
What about just using an anti-perspirant on your bikini line area? I'm just guessing, but I can't imagine that there would be a lot of problems with that. Just be careful not to get to close to any sensitive areas.
Do an internet search for "sweaty palm cures" or something like that. Might turn up something.
Hopefully someone will be along with facts instead of opinions and guesses!!
Good luck!
Tracie
