hot flashes and still have periods 5 Months, 3 Weeks ago Karma: 0
I am 47 years old and had blood work about 2 years ago showing that i was in menopause (done via my ob/gyn). I am now having hot flashes at night and having my period. Is there something that I can use to keep me cool at night while sleeping on my pillow - other than turning the pillow around. These hot flashes are terrible and i am pms at the same time. Any help out there?
