I am continuing to seek better arousal and orgasmic response since my hysterectomy 7 years ago. I am on bioidentical HRT using an estrogen patch and testosterone gel. I also use estriol cream for vaginal atrophy. I have been encouraged to try some progesterone even though it is not necessary for uterine protection in my case. I am curious whether or not anyone has felt it helped with their libido. In most cases I have only heard unpleasant things regarding progesterone after menopause.
