Alternative to fish oil?? 7 Years, 1 Month ago Karma: 0
Zane, I am wondering if there is an alternative in your diet to fish oil, aside from prescription anti depressants. I have noticed that taking fish oil changes the smell of ones skin in a negative way and I am wondering if you know of any less smelly alternative?? I know that this is a pretty petty complaint but, if you have any suggestions I am interested to read them.

Prescription antidepressants are not an alternative to fish oil in my program. Most antidepressants just raise serotonin levels, which will slow down orgasm. Fish oil raises serotonin and dopamine levels.
Flax seed or flax seed oil is another possibility, but the person would have to consume so much of it, I'm not sure it would be practical. I recommend an algae-based product with omega-3 precursors for vegetarians, but that's just as smelly. No way around it, I suppose.

Could you explain to me the benefits of a man taking fish oil because I am not understanding the reasoning behind this, especially in a man who has a very healthy sex drive.
