Hmmm. Well, I'm not sure of your exact problems, but I too am retroflexed. Other than being a bit uncomfortable when I get a pap smear, I've been told that it has no effect on my health, sexually or otherwise. My doc also said my uterus will move forward if and when I get pregnant.
However, I do have sexual problems. I'm young (28), single, and very healthy, but I have no feeling whatsoever in my clitoris. Never have. I do get sexually aroused though (sometimes ridiculously so - I nearly bit my fingernail off fantasizing about the guy I get my coffee from!). Even more so now that I no longer take birth control pills.
But when it comes to actual sex (or even masturbation) - nothing. Forget about orgasms - I just want to stop being numb!!!
Anyone else have this problem? Is it a blood flow problem? I tried viagra once, but I was with a guy who I was really not attracted too. Major waste of a good pill!!

Hi Girls, I hear you, I had a retroverted uterus before my two boys. but after two kids, two c-sections my uterus is retroflexed??? I teach yoga and do continual pelvic floor muscle exercises, this really helps with cliteral and gspot stimulation. Give it a go!!! Anyway, I am wondering if either of you have trouble with constipation, its just awful, for me since this has occurred. Its almost like I need to go but can't go. I am seriously considering asking my gp for a referral to my gyno and have some discussions about hyterectomy. Around period time, it is painful and overwhelming. Do you get really sharp pains during your periods?? almost like the pain is coming from your anus area?? I know this is a yukky subject, but unless you have a retroflexed uterus you can't possibly imagine what its like. buy the way, I had no trouble getting pregnant with a retroverted uterus, just remember some hints, doggy style is best, so the swimmers don't get to confused on their direction, and do a yoga shoulder stand, or ly on your back feet up the wall and lift your pelvis upwards. I did this both times and hey presto, two little boys. Good luck!! I would love some feed back on any other symptoms you may have.
