His and Her Health

Just celebrated 18 yr anniversary - but needing help very badly. Hubby is OTR Truck driver and only home every otherweekend. The problem began a few years a go - I went on strike because nothing was getting done here unless I did it - it worked very well for awhile - now its blown up in my face. I had some help issues this past eyar and had NO sex drive whatsoever. Now that I am no longer on birth control and the heart and valve is "patched up" I had a very big urge but hubby has no desire for sex at all. I'm not sure if I want it so badly now that he doesn't or what, but its hurting us and I'm very scared. Any suggestions? We have 2 wonderful children 10 & 13. I'm on the edge of breaking down soon.
