I having problem when having sex. I don't know why I can't last very long. My sperms is coming out about 20 seconds when having intercore with my partner. Do you have any suggestion to help me out. It's seen that when having sex and is feel so good and I just can't control my sperms. I need some help to last a little longer.

I had the same problem like you. My research indicated that the man ejaculate when his testicles reaches and touch the body wall. Also I was told I can maintain my stamina by using the PC muscle to let my testicles stay away from my body wall. I had to go through lots of exercise of the PC (the one you use to stop the urine)Muscles. I can now delay my ejaculation 30 to 40 minutes. It is natural and does not involve any drugs.
