TOPIC: Prolactin Test
#24579
Prolactin Test 6 Years, 2 Months ago Karma: 0
I posted this on Friday, but I don't see it on the board now.
I am 38 years old. I had a hysterectome in 98, but kept my ovaries. In 2002 I was told I was in full menopause, with my FSH at 98.
I have been taking estragen with testoserone since then, and have been taking synthroid since 1993, I think.
My left brest has recently began to produce a white fluid when stimulated. I have never had children.
My Gyn had me take a prolactin serum test. Does anyone know what he may be looking for?
Thanks for any information you can offer.
