TOPIC: insecurity continued
#25148
insecurity continued 2 Years, 4 Months ago Karma: 0
I have a similar problem to a previous posting, but with a difference. My wife works as a nurse at a local hospital, and recently went to see one of the doctors with whom she works on a daily basis. During the examination, at which no-one else was present, he told het to remove her shirt and did a breast exam. (She was there for a blood clot in het leg.)
She has no problem with this, but I feel "cheated" and worried with this situation, espesially due to their seeing each other on a daily basis.

I think you have a right to feel that way. my wife is also a nurse but she works in a day surgery center with various doctors- not sure how the work environment is at your wife's hospital but at my wife's the relationship between the doctors, nurses, techs and scrubs sound to be pretty loose and wild sometimes. the doctors are demanding and often unpredictable. i know they have to keep the work enviro light to keep stress down but i've heard of some pretty wild stories and questionable behavior over the years. i think what he did was unprofessional
