I am a 64 year old male, diabetic, insulin dependent, high blood pressure, vasectomy, and emphysema. I have been afraid to ask this question because of embarassement but here goes. Over the past couple of years I have lived alone and haven't had sex. Now my penis has shrunk so small that I can hardly get a hold of it to even pee. I have met a lady that I would like to see and I am discouraged because I know sex will come up. What is wrong with me? Why has a 9 inch penis shrunk to nothing and how can I get it fixed?? Buster, I'm no expert but I believe there are medical treatments for what you are experiencing. One that comes to mind is a medication (gosh dang it I can't remember what it's called) but it's a penile suppository that is 1/4 the size of a grain of rice. It's itty bitty. You insert it into the hole at the top of your penis and it creates an erection. I read about it on mayo clinic's website under ED while searching for info on my husband.

Oops! I forgot to say that according to the info on mayo clinic, this treatment swells the sponge-like tissue in the penis and can make it a larger erection than before.

just use Viagra instead' and do some masturbation if it makes you comfortable.
