TOPIC: Lack of sensation after implant
#31291
Lack of sensation after implant 10 Months, 3 Weeks ago Karma: 0
Some few years ago I was diagnosed with Peyronie’s Disease, a blow to my pride after almost 40 years of a very satisfactory marriage. Although I was able to achieve orgasm, my erection now took a sharp (90 degree) left turn from the base. I bit the bullet and opted for a penile implant.

My urologist found the corpus cavernosa almost blocked and to implant the device was forced to "ringbark" the outer skin near the head, pull it down and work on the cc to receive the implant. The operation took about 3 hours, so don't let anyone convince you it’s a simple one. It took me a week to get out of hospital.

That was over twelve months ago. I now find the device works well, however I still have little sensitivity and rarely have an orgasm. If I do it is usually after a prolonged masturbation and it’s only a shadow of my previous efforts, accompanied with a slight burning sensation.

I would love to hear from any of my fellow hydraulically enhanced colleagues to judge if my experience is normal or not

Hello Flying,
I sympathize with your difficulties and that is all I can offer because I have no experience with your problem other than a slight tendency toward PD since a TURP eight years ago. I now have ED and have ordered a vacuum pump, after minimal results through drugs. Bless you and good luck.

Hi BlondBoy 44. Thanks for your reply.

I dont regret having the implant and would do it again. I think I may have been just plain unlucky that possibly there was (perhaps) so much nerve damage.

There are many people worse off. If you have to have the implant eventually good luck with it.
