Hello. Me and my fiancee are trying to have a baby. We're going to be getting married soon and I was asking on here first before I don't want to go to the doctor and look like an idiot and ask this. Since we're trying, that means no condoms will be involved. Is there some way to prevent STDs if we possibly get anything while trying to concieve?

Go get tested for STDs. If you're both clean, then you the only other thing you need to do is not have sex with anyone else.
