Hi,

I have had these pimple like red spots appear on my penis, there is now about 4 of them and they are not sore or overly big but noticeable.

I have been to my doctor who says they arent STDs or anything and they are keratin pearls.

He said they will go within about 18 months!!! Has anyone had these before and knows anyways to get rid as they are really bugging me.
