hello everyone im new on here. Im 21 years old im a us marine and like many others in the world i have this damn problem. I havent seen my girlfriend in a few months and im goin home in a few days and i want to perform good but im scared that im wont.

Can anyone help me out on things to do, use anything!!!! i hate this problem its the worst thing in the world!!!!!
