6 o'clock introitus

pain rip bleed tear ouch! That is what I say everytime I try and do anything sexual.<BR>I rip open where my episiotomy is/was. Is there anything that can be done to fix this condition?

Tissue that tears repeatedly never regains the strength and flexibility as healthy tissue. Therefore, This is a very difficult problem to fix. I often have my patients try high dose estrogen cream (10x stronger than the "regular" Estrace cream.) Sometimes I also add some limited testosterone cream to improve the health of the tissue.
