Hello,
I posted this exact problem on the other board, but I thought I would add it here too since you're the expert!
Here goes:
I am new to this board, and I found it while searching for an answer to my problem. This will probably be long, but I will try and make it as brief as possible.
I'm a 37-year-old married woman...and I masturbate. Not because I don't enjoy sex with my husband, because honestly, he rocks my world in the sack! However, he works nights, and I work days, so sex sometimes becomes difficult to find time for. I masturbate at night when he is gone to use as a relaxant before bedtime to help me sleep well. I have done this for years, and it gets better as I get older (or more experienced, maybe? )
Okay, so here's the problem. A couple of weeks ago, I went out of town for 4 days for a job training session. I stayed in a nice hotel in a room by myself with all the luxuries I wanted. WELL..let me say that I have never been one who could orgasm more than once a day. I don't know why that is exactly, but usually it takes a good 12+ hours after an orgasm before I can have another one. ANYWAY, when I got to my hotel room on the first day, I decided to relax, so I masturbated and had one explosive orgasm. That night, my husband and I had a little phone sex before he went to work, and I attempted to try and have another orgasm before I went to bed. It worked for the first time ever (it had only been a few hours), it took some work and time, but it was HUGE. The problem is this: Ever since then, I have only been able to achieve orgasm twice since then (even with sex which is abnormal for me) and the orgasms were really small. I have tried several different ways of masturbating, my husband has tried several different things, and I just cannot get there. It seems as if my clitoris just does not swell like it usually does, and it almost seems "misplaced" or something. On visual examination, it looks normal. Could I have damaged it on my trip when I had 2 in one day? There have been no new stressors, medications, or anything that I could possibly relate this to other than what happened on the trip. ANY advice would be great. I really hate to go to a doctor about this until I have exhausted all other resources first.
Thanks in advance,
Coachs_wife
