TOPIC: vaginal tightness

vaginal tightness

I am in need of some input. I have very serious issues with the way my vagina looks after childbirth. It has been almost six years since I have given birth and I still feel like I am loose. I had a complicated childbirth. I would like to know if there are surgeries that can correct this issue.

Re: vaginal tightness

Have you tried going to a physical therapist who specializes in women's problems? (pelvic floor dysfunctions) Or, have you tried a device like the Gyneflex?
Sorry if this is stating the obvious.
Mercy

Re: vaginal tightness

Hi Jlynn:
I like to start with non-surgical treatments for this kind of problem- like pelvic floor exercises (kegel's).
Surgery can be helpful, but may also lead to scarring and pain afterwards- worse than the problem you have now.
See your doctor for an exam and some guidance- be specific about your questions- and include your partner in the discussion and the treatment. He needs to know you're working on this, and does what he can to help.
------------------
Supportive Guy

Re: vaginal tightness

There is hope for a loose vagina. I bought a kegal master and it works great. I feel like a virgin again and I am 41 years old. I have other female problems..but tightness is definately not one of them.. Katya_35
