Please help, what could this be?

My husband and I were having sex yesterday morning, and I was having a multiple orgasm when the top of my head started hurting. I didn't stop until it hurt so bad that I couldn't take the pain anymore and had to stop during my orgasm. This has never happened before and it scared both of us. The pain was with me for about 15 minutes before it started to subside a little, but a pressure stayed with me most of the day. I normally have low blood pressure. The pain ran from the frontal lobe back to the occipital area. I would appreciate any help you can provide me.
