pain after climax

Over the last few months sex has become very painful after I have climaxed. This is getting me down as it means I have to stop my boyfriend before he climaxes. The pain is a burning pain. I am still wet so lube does not help, and the problem is getting worse. What could it be?Can I be allergic to my own come, and if so why have i not always been? any ideas?

I always hurt after orgasm in early pregnancy. Could you be pregnant?
