Re: SEX AND BLEEDING NOTON THE PILL
Yes, you need to see a doctor immediately. Bleeding during and after intercourse regularly can be a sign of many things, from an STD to cancer, and you're simply not going to know until you get it checked out. Your pap coming back with dysplasia. i.e. abnormal, means you should be extra cautious. Yes, the second one came out alright, but paps aren't 100% accurate in diagnosing problems. Since you're first one came back abnormal, you need to be even more serious about making sure you get them done annually. <P>I dislike dentists, but I want to keep my teeth, so I go. I dislike working out, but I don't want the health problems of being overweight, so I do. I dislike my job some of the time, but want to feed myself so I go to work. Life isn't always about what we like or don't like, it's about doing what's necessary. None of us like the doctor, gyn or otherwise. What you need to decide is if your health--and possibly your life--is worth dealing with 30 minutes of something you dislike once a year. If it's not, then don't go to the gyn.
