Breast implants loss of nipple sensation

Ladies, are any of you really happy about having had breast implants because they look great. But finding that looking and touching are two very different things. Has your sensation changed since you're implants where placed?
How long ago was your surgery performed?
If you had multiple surgeries, why?
Was your need for additional surgery to repair a leaking implant?
Type of implant, you had if leaking?
Did your nipple sensation change from better to worse or vice - versa?
Did you're implants stay soft and natural feeling?
If nipple sensation was lost, did it return to normal over time?
Have you experience any hypersensation with you're nipples? (Too sensitive good feelings but overwhelming /or painful?)
How long after conclusive surgery was completed did nipple sensation return?
(If any?)
If multiple surgeries were needed over time (Meaning years in-between surgeries.)Was there a notable difference of sensation change after each surgery was peformed?
Sensation that has returned, is it negative or positive?
Are you experiencing painful to touch after a year "plus" since surgery?
In pre-consultation was your doctor and / or assistant willing to openly discuss loss of sensation and what changes could be expected to occur concerning this area?
If you have any information and you are willing to share.
Please, answer some or all of these questions.
Or if you have questions.
If you would, please be a great service of kindness to all of the very many women who have not found a route to express themselves.
Help others to gain commonality within their circumstances.
Thank you.
