His and Her Health

*~*~I am ashamed to admit this but I am 10 weeks pregnant and have been married for 2 years. However, I am NOT sure if this baby is my husbands. We have had some hard times latele, to many to mention, and I did the unthinkable and shared my bed with another man. My husband is not aware of my pregnancy at this time. He is also not aware that this baby might not be his due to my infidelity and I am scared to tell him. Is there a way that I can get this baby tested BEFORE birth to find out if my husband is indeed the father? And if he is NOT the father, what states have legalized abortions so I can safely terminate this pregnancy? I feel sickened by my actions and so scared.

Also, what is the cut off for abortion? If I am 10 weeks already when would I be denied an abortion? How soon do I have to get this procedure done?
