His and Her Health

I'm going nuts.. due to a terrible anemia problem I need to either checmically or surgically create menopause. My ob/gyn wants to do a total hysterectomy, but I feel that I want the cervix left. Much confusion on many parts if the cervix is or is not relaxed to the g-spot, but for me, I know i do enjoy the muscle spasms through my uterus that i get upon orgasm. First noticed it when I was pregnant, and still after feel them. While my health is of the utmost importance to me, I worry... I enjoy sex. I do not just oragasm by clitoral sensation as my doc says. Please.. someone give me some advice!??? I am getting a second opinion from another doc about the cervix and hysterectomy. But I want to fully undestand what may or may not happen either way!
