About 6 years ago I had my tubes tied after my last child. Well, a divorce latter and now Im engaged, we have been talking about more children. I was wondering which was safer and more results: reversals or In-vitro. Any imformation would be helpful!! Thanks!

There are a lot of specifics that will change the answer to the question- such as, what technique was used to "tie the tubes," how good a candidate are you for surgical re- connection, what the availability is of high- percentage IVF in your area, etc. There are complexities and potential high costs with both choices; the best idea is to consult with an Infertility specialist in your area and ask a lot of questions.
