What would be the reason for some one to uncontrollably urinate while orgasm, even if they urinate before?

Is it normal and how can it be stopped?

It may not be urination, but female ejaculation. It comes out through the same opening but it's a different fluid. If you do a search here on it you will find lot's of information.
