I need advice and comments on this one. <BR>My boyfriend and I have been dating for awhile. Once we were tested we started having sex without a condom. Just to be on the super safe side he would start to pull out before he cam. How effective is this really? <BR>I know that we have done this numerous amounts of times and I have not gotten pregnant, thank God. But now I am starting to think is there something wrong with me or is pulling out that effective? <BR>I heard pre-cum can get you pregnant too. <BR>Comments please!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi! I think you have just been very lucky. :~) There is always a small amount of sperm coming out of the penis during sexual activity, before actual orgasm. This isn't a good method of birth control. Very risky! All the best...

Pre-ejaculate fluid (pre-cum) contains sperm. Yes it can create pregnancy. The method of pulling out to prevent pregnancy is not "better than nothing at all" because there is always the chance that a woman can become pregnant. However - perhaps pulling out is in fact a more dangerous method. Those who use "pulling out" often think that it prevents pregnancy. Those who use that method are often quite misinformed. <P>Very, very good question. It's always better to ask then wind up sorry later.

It's clear and it tastes kind of salty. Not bad, actually.
