Hair growing from the nipple???
Last night I was doing one of my nightly breast self-exams (which generally consists of me lying on my bed checking to see if the lumps have changed), and when I got to the nipple-squeezing part, I discovered a hair growing right out of the center of my right nipple! I was amazed. I got tweezers to see if it was really attached or just somehow got stuck in an upright possition. Well, I pulled it out. It didn't hurt and I felt absolutely nothing as it came out, but it had been rooted in my nipple. I thought hair didn't grow from the nipples. Should I be concerned? I also have white dots on my nipples, and occasionally when I squeeze, white stuff comes out. I can't tell whether this is dehydrated milk or if this is just some normal thing. I have to look really close to see them, but I can get my nipples very close to my face due to my breast size. 10 rather prominant white dots of varying size and shape on my right nipple (the one that had hair growing from it). There are a lot more than 10 on the left one, but no hair growing from it. What in the world is up with this??? Could this white stuff be an indicator that maybe I have excess prolactin? I have giant breasts, I wear a "38 I" bra. My actual band size is 36, so I could wear a K-cup, but who wants to do that? I can go up to 38 and wear an I, and I can actually find bras in that size. Maybe they're so big because they're swollen? And I don't even notice? They continually develop new stretch marks, and I go up a size occasionally, so they're still growing. For anyone who does not know, I have an endocrinologist appointment on July 9 regarding this issue, but only the growth, not the hair, or other such issues. Any ideas would be great. I don't know where to even look for info on this. Thanks.
