A while back HMEP23 made a posting and in it she mentioned that she delivered her baby via c-section and that she has a heart-shaped uterus. I'm just curious to see if having a heart-shaped uterus effects whether or not you will deliver normally or have to have a c-section. Does anyone out there know if there's a connection?<BR>Thanks!

No having a heart shaped or bicornuate uterus does not mean a c-section automatically. I have had 5 babies 3 vaginal and a set of twins by c-section. I have not only a bicornuate but I also had a septum down the center of my uterus. Hold the faith it depends on many factors, size and position of the baby are the big ones. Hope this helps some.
