I know others have posted about this before, but neither those posts nor the Berman's book has succeeded in completely solving the mystery for me, so I thought I'd ask you about G-Spot because you seem to have experienced G-Spot ejaculation etc. <P>So here goes(excuse the baldness of the questions!):<BR>1) how would you describe where your G-Spot is , and 2)what do you do to massage it to the point of excitement?<P>Oh! and another question: there is supposed to be some other sensitive spot in the vagina like the G-spot, but it has a different label and is in a different location: anyone know anything about this?<P>

You know, I've never actually found my own; my husband handles that department. It is supposed to be on the inside of your vagina, tummy side, about 1/3-1/2 way up. You're supposed to know you're there when you feel a flat spot (about the size of a quarter) among the ridges. But, again I haven't been able to find it on my own. Not too comfortable playing around in there.<BR>As for the other spot, I'm not sure. I know I had an ex who could, on occasion, get deep enough to pass the cervix and get the head kinda wedged in there. THAT is something every woman should be lucky enough to experience!!! It is unbelievable.

Pinky, If you lay on your back with your legs spread, Insert your middle finger into the vagina with your palm flat against your body. Curl your finger in a "come here" motion. You will feel the flat spot that Maryln mentioned and when you keep it up you will start to feel it swell to about the size of a walnut. If you keep it up you will, most women do, feel the urge to urinate. If you keep going past that feeling, You can have one of the best orgasms that is humanly possible. I am extreemly lucky, my husband is the perfect size to hit that spot when we are in certain positions. It is amazing!!!! Tonight I'll "come here" for 10 minutes and see if that does the trick!! Well, I "came here" for at least 10 minutes last night, with no success in terms of arousal/sense of having found the G-Spot etc.<P>I have previously posted about the fact that I have severe primary vaginismus(where the pelvic muscles go into spasm so that intercourse is impossible). The primary aim of last night's exercise was to get me to derive some pleasure from finger insertion(I am very proud to report that I have reached a stage in recovery where I am now able to insert a finger anytime I want.And nothing else. I know this must sound pathetic to most of you, but... well, welcome to the world of primary vaginismus!). While I did not achieve that aim on this occasion, the whole exploration involved has made me more familiar and comfortable with my vagina.One more tiny baby-step forward.<BR>I'll keep up the G-Spot exploration and will let you know if I find that Holy Grail!

Congratulations on your progress. I'm not familiar with your condition. I am learning so much by reading through these posts; I never realized such things even existed! You made me curious, so I went searching for my g-spot,too. Not sure what I found, but I'm sure it wasn't my G-spot. I'll leave that alone for now. May explore more when DH gets home.
