I don't like water either but after two of the constant bladder infections backed into my kidneys and I ended up in the hospital I LEARNT!!!. It isn't a joke, you absolutely have to drink a lot of water, soda just puts more strain on your kidneys. What makes it easier for me is I have a big ( 1 quart) plastic glass which I keep in the fridge. I only have to drink two of those (instead of

just easier to deal with. In every other country in the world you can get fizzy water, kind of like club soda ( but with out so much salt) and I love that stuff. When I lived in the Northeast I drank flavored POLAND SPRING which was good too. Where I live now I'm lucky to find any bottled water but look around maybe you will find flavored fizzy water (make sure it doesn't contain sugar). BTW I'm always dieting and I can tell you the days I drink at least 2 quarts are the days I lose weight.
