Zaneblue - diet?

I went to your website and printed off the diet information and bought a whole slew of vitamins this morning!
My question is about how it all comes together. So, I take some vitamins throughout the day (or all at once - which is better??) and eat more protein, less carbs, and do some exercises??? That's it?
When should I expect to feel results?
I guess it's just hard to believe that this will help.
Any thoughts would be great, because I'm very excited about trying this, I just need some reassurance, I guess!
Tracie

Re: Zaneblue - diet?

Please do me a favor--I've had other women try my thing and have good results, but no one from this board has tried it. After trying it, no matter what your results are, please post here and let people know what happened. Not that it would definitively prove anything--if it doesn't work that could be blamed on the antidepressants (which you should certainly continue taking) and if it does work that could be blamed on the placebo effect. Still I would appreciate your feedback tremendously.
Detailed tips for implementation are on my message board at the site. In general I recommend this course of action:
1.) Start taking the vitamins, minerals and fish oil and the chocolate daily. Don't take all the pills at once, take the multi, vitamin E and a couple fish oil pills in the morning, and then one or two calcium/magnesium/zinc pills and a couple more fish oil pills at both lunch and dinner. Throw in the iron every few days as needed, best taken alone with food.
Also start working out twice a week with the vaginal cone weights for twenty minutes.
You should notice a general improvement in libido within the first couple weeks, especially after a high-protein meal or in the middle of the night.
2.) Once your PC muscles have become really toned, enough so that you can easily retain the heaviest of the five weights for twenty minutes walking around, then quit stimulants like coffee and Coke. Start having high-protein, low starch meals before sex (carbs like fruit and non-starchy vegetables are okay). Penetration should feel a lot more pleasurable than it ever has before, especially when you flex your PC muscles during sex. I'm not sure with the antidepressant if it will be enough to trigger a vaginal orgasm, but it might. You should certainly notice an improvement.
Let me know how it goes, even if it is, "You, Zaneblue, are full of baloney."

Re: Zaneblue - diet?

Already I don't like these fish oil capsules!!! Ewwwwww. They're huge! And, after I take them, every time I burp, I taste fish!
Oh well, if it works, it's totally worth it!
I'm also going to talk to my doctor during my next appt about switching anti-depressants.
Thanks sooooo much!!!
Tracie
Re: Zaneblue - diet?

Oh hey, whoa, you started off with your first post saying your particular brand of antidepressant was keeping you from killing yourself. Let's get our priorities straight here, good sex isn't worth dying for! There's only one antidepressant, Wellbutrin, that doesn't have this effect, and that antidepressant might not be the right kind for you. I would stay on your current meds.
With pharmaceutical-grade fish oil you might get less fishy burps, but it's more expensive. You might want to consider it for long-term if the program works for you.

Re: Zaneblue - diet?

Oh....don't worry, I would never switch my meds without discussing it in detail and at great length with my doctor! And my next appt isn't for 3 months or so!
Thanks for your input!
Tracie
