TOPIC: Orgasms?

8 years, 10 months ago #38003

Orgasms?

I'm 19 and only recently sexually active. My mother and I are fairly open about talking about our sex lives but one question that I had she didn't answer. I've been looking online to find something about it but haven't found anything yet. I heard that there are different types of orgasm. What are they and how can you tell them apart? I'm not even sure now what I have and I'm curious to know more. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
Jade

Re: Orgasms?

Generally there are two--vaginal and clitoral. Most women have the clitoral kind, resulting from direct stimulation of the clitoris. Those tend to be stronger. The vaginal kind result from penetration and are more of a "whole body" experience. Both have speeded up heartrate, faster breathing, a feeling of release and vaginal contractions afterward.
If you want a more complete description of these and a full description of the ten different types of orgasm women are able to have, I recommend the book "The Big O" by Lou Paget.
My name is Marrena Lindberg, and I thank everyone here for their support over the years.*Author of "The Orgasmic Diet". Read an exerpt from the book at www.hisandherhealth.com/the-book-nook/22...is-new-book-can-help also click on the video link on that page.
