What impact, if any, do painkillers like Vicodin and Percocet have on achieving orgasm? As I've indicated in recent posts, I'm new at orgasms. I can only get them using a vibrator, but within the last week or so, I can't achieve one at all, and I'm wondering if it's because I'm on Vicodin for a recent injury.

Any painkiller can definitely impact the ability to orgasm. Painkillers target nerve impulses, and oral painkillers aren't specific to one area of your body. If you've had difficulty with orgasm since being on Vicodin, that is likely the culprit.
