3. I remember you have done an experiement to see if GABA+ can be taken on a on-need basis (say a few hours before sex activities). Any result so far?
4. You have tried out ZMA(Twinlab) for a month now. Does it help?

I had stopped GABA+ for a while because of cranker sore. I resumed taking it a week ago and found that its impact on my body has diminished. I am adding my dose from 2/day to 4/day to see if that helps.

I only take one kind of zinc (Zinc Gluconate 25mg) and don't know the difference of Zinc types and whether one is more suitable to me than the others. I got headache if i take the 25mg Zinc one daily for a few days. So i only take 1/3 of the 25mg pill each time and take it only 3-4 times a week. Do you think i need to try other type of Zinc ?

I have not taken lithium orotate. What does it do ?

I also take Vitamin E + Selenium and Royal Jelly together helps prostate rejuvenation after ejaculation. I don't know which, E, Se or Jelly, helps me more.

I got depressed and bad mood when stop GABA intake suddenly. Did you experience mood fluctation when stopped taking Twinlab ?

My Twinlab GABA-Plus is same as Alan's "200mg per serving and 2 capsules per serving". (that means 100mg per capsule).

I obtained sensation difference at point of ejaculation after taking GABA-Plus and I have never taken SRRI.

(I was subscribed some anti-depression drug for 2-3 weeks about 10 years ago (my EA started 40 years ago) which i guess was srri because it improved my PE but lower my penile sensitivity. The drug's effect disappeared after stop taking the drug).

Seems like this lab report has discovered something new ! May be low penile sensitivity and libido is due to low testosterone and orgasm's due to no GABA.

I used to feel very uncomfortable at my penis if i continue my stimulation after ejaculation. Too sensitivity and irritating.

But, since an year ago, the uncomfortable feeling (if keep stimulation after ejaculation) does not exist anymore. I could , if i wanted to although with no pleasurable feeling, continue the penis stimulation without any uncomfortable feeling to stop me. This seems something is wrong.

I have not ejaculated for 10 days and some pressure built up at my prostate (not exactly sex drive). I masterbuted and experienced a 0/10 orgasm (back to my normal of some "dead silence" before ejaculation).

I suffered from prostatitis for 3-4 months last year. During that time my penile sensitivity and orgasm problem got even worse. Apart from my usual 0/10 orgasm, I experienced nil pleasure feeling during build-ups.

I took Zinc, Vitamin E (with Selenium) and Royal Jelly for helping my prostate to recover.

Some sex-drive and pleasurable feeling was later regained. This was perhaps due to my prostatitis' recovery or perhaps due to the supplement I have taken or perhaps due to both.

I noticed that libido and pleasure feeling is highly prostate (and accumulation of semenal fluid) related.

This all happened before I took Twinlab. (Twinlab helps further)

So, besides taking Twinlab, perhaps taking Vitamin E (with Selenium), Royal Jelly and Zinc ; and together with some abstinence could help.

I too have (a very mild tendency of) OCD and have experienced improvement with Twinlab GABA (or Inositol?).

Some articles have mentioned that people with OCD has a higher chance to experience EA.

OCD is related with some body endocrines and perhaps the deficiency or imbalance of the same set of body chemicals causes the EA for some of us. Could that be the reason some of us find GABAplus helpful ?

I too suffered from severe PE. When attempting intercourse with a new girl, my ejaculation could be triggered just right after the first stroke. I can last longer ( ~ 1 minute) when sex with someone whom I know for a longer time. I can last much longer now as my penile sensitivity decreases in recent months.
