I believe there is also an option when you make a post to not have it e-mail you. If not, we will make it a point to build in this feature.

I'm not quite sure what you're asking, are you not wishing to receive emails when posts are made to this forum? Have you changed your preferences in the forum settings on your account?

I just received an email notification again when you posted this time, as well as last time.

You mean you haven't received an email since we created a New Thread and locked the old one?

This is most likely because you had not made a comment in the new thread yet, now that you've commented, you should receive an email each time a new comment is made on this new thread. That is an excellent example of why we adjusted this thread though, for example, our system was sending out 2,000+ emails each time someone made a single comment on the previous thread.

We have created this new thread to allow the previous discussion to continue without tasking our system resources.

That's no bug, the reason the page numbers changed is because we changed the number of replies that it shows per page, this in turn changed the total number of pages for the thread.

This thread has been locked and is continued under a new thread titled "Ejaculation without orgasm: Ejaculatory Anhedonia", below is a link to the continuation of this discussion topic: www.hisandherhealth.com/sexual-health-bu...tory-anhedonia#39385

The reason for this thread change is because the thread is well over 2,000 replies and takes a little while to load, this should speed things up considerably.

It seems as though the email from the system went into aggiecrew's spam folder, please be sure to check this if you're having problems receiving the email from our system. It helps to make sure that you've added the forums@vibranceassociates.com to the whitelist for your email provider (Yahoo, Gmail, etc...) This ensures that our bulletin board emails never go into the spam folder.

After receiving your notice, I did some troubleshooting and found that the issue you described was related to an odd combination of Facebook Connect, the forum software, and Internet Explorer 7 (but only IE7 with Protected Mode disabled). With Protected Mode enabled, users got a constant refresh-type activity. I have removed the Facebook Connect option from all but the Home page and that seems to have resolved the issue.

BTW, we are working fervently to reduce page load times in the forums as well.

Thank you for your patience and the bug report. For future issues, or suggestions, we have added a Technical Support forum.

We had no choice but to get away from the old bulletin board code, it was ancient and did not integrate well with other systems.

This page load delay we suspect may be because of all of the forwards that we put into the web server, these forwards have to be processed prior to the pages being loaded.

This ensures that all of the old URLs that are now broken get redirected correctly. There are at least 6,000 of these rules that have to be tried before it loads each page, so we are assuming that this is a processing speed issue.

The good news is that at some point in the future we will be able to remove these rules as Google will at that point have updated it's links to our site accordingly. We apologize for any inconvenience in the meantime and appreciate your participation in the community.

In the future if you could please post questions related to the technological workings of the site in the technical support forum that we just created that would keep this topic clean.
