Sorry to hear about you problems. Perimenopause/menopause is not one of the nicer times in our lives. Have read good things about clitoral suction and creams but never needed them. My problem these days is low sex drive and when I do have sex its no longer satisfying

In a relationship if it where me I would try to slowly build up to the sexual relations, getting to know my partner well enough to where we could eventually discuss these matters, I know it would have to be a little embarrassing but its part of life. I am sure most men have a little idea as to what women go through, wether they understand or not who knows lol. Hey an idea.....maybe this is deceitful in a way but during foreplay you could take a bathroom break and fill up with a lubricant gel, a lot of men wouldnt know the differnce. Maybe you could do this while trying to figure out the right way to tell him. You dont need any extra stress right now, although I do believe honesty up front is the best. It may not be as big of a deal as you think and if he cares for you he will be patient and willing to experiment in different way to help you feel pleasure. Good Luck, Sylvia

[Note: This message has been edited by NEWSHE Moderator]
