His and Her Health

i was on estrogen pills on and off, and each time developed pains in my legs. ive tried many herbal remedies and still not very happy. i was watching tv, actually and gender change show.(no not for me) the guy was taking estrogen pills and developed blood clots in his lungs. they put him on the patch saying it was way less likely to develop blood clots. any ideas on this? im thinking of trying it, it may sovle my problems. if i do any suggestion which brand ?
