I suggest you see a dermatologist. Declining estrogens at menopause are associated with a breakdown of collagen. And, it also coincides with a decrease in oil production. This may cause womens' skin to become dry-looking, dull and the skin may lose elasticity.
Some of the telltale signs of aging are fine laugh lines and age spots. And, particularly when you are in your 50s and 60s, skin color begins to fade.
I would recommend staying out of the sun, cleansing and moisturizing to remove dead cells, protect your skin from the sun's harmful rays and exfoliate. There are specialty items the dermatologist may recommend which may include skin lighteners.
