Vinegar for Hot Flashes
About a year ago I read an article about using apple cider vinegar to get relief from hot flashes. I used to have at least two severe hot flashes an hour, but since I've been using the vinegar I rarely get them, and if I do, they are hardly noticeable.
Just put a teaspoon or two of vinegar in juice or water in the morning and at night (you can also do it in the late afternoon or early evening too, if needed)and usually within a day or two it will start working.
This may not work for everyone, but the people I've told about it really seem to think it helps, and since it's something you probably have around the house anyway, it's worth a shot!
P.S. If you stop using the vinegar the hot flashes tend to come back, so be forewarned. I even travel with my vinegar!
