There is a great comforter which I use that helps me to keep cool - in the heat of the night. You may want to check it out on smartsilk.com.It has all natural fibers and after using it, I now cannot sleep without it.

Have you visited the Red Hot Mamas website? There is an entire section on sleep along with a really useful sleep diary and sleep newsletter filled with lots of tips and tricks for improving sleep at menopause. Hope it helps!
