His and Her Health

I'm a female that was just tested positive for a UTI. However, before I knew we had unprotected sex. the next day, my male partner developed itchy little red spots on his head of his penis. he is not circumcised if that matters. I've read many forums, some say it might be nothing and should go away and some say its an std. I went to get my UTI tested, could it be yeast too? Can you be positive for both things? I'm trying to find out that problem and if the cause has somethign to do with me. thanks!

"It is difficult to diagnose a problem without seeing it. so here is some general information. It is possible to have a UTI and yeast at the same time. Particularly in uncircumcised men, yeast can hide under the foreskin and cause a rash. If you are negative for everything, he should not be getting something from you. It is also possible that his problem has nothing to do with you. If it is yeast, a little monistat or other yeast medication rubbed on the head of the penis should do the trick. But he could have other things as well. It is always a good idea for him to see his doctor and have it checked out. If you do try the anti-yeast approach and his problem doesn't clear up quite soon, he should see his doctor any way.

thanks..it went away..dont know the reason..but i assumed it was yeast..and got him so antifungal cream.... hopefully it wont come back =)
