His and Her Health

I am experiencing all the classic symptoms of menopause but the most disturbing to me as a teacher is the spacey-ness - esp in front of a classroom of students. I'm thinking of taking a semester off or retiring as I am filled with dread of being in front of a class next semester. Does anyone know how this feels? Can anyone give me advice or suggestions?

I do!! Yes, sometimes I feel like I have early dementia.... It is frustrating. I am an RN and find myself writing "everything" down where once I could retain a million orders and act on them now I slow down and write down. I have been reading and researching affects of menapause I went on Oprah.com episode with Dr.Oz interviewing with Dr.Prudence Hall reviewing lab results she is discussing "memory loss" watch the video it recommends lab work can be done it may give u some direction
