Hot flashes and Evamist
Hello All,
Due to severe hot flashes, and I mean SEVERE, I was put on the estrogen spray, Evamist. It worked great for 3 months and not my hot flashes are back with a fury. I am on the same 3 sprays of Evamist but for some reason the hot flashes are back! Has this happened to anyone, hot flashes controlled and for no reason they return dispite being on medication? My doctor has switched me to an estrogen patch. I have tried this for 7 days and still no relief. Today she sent me for blood work. I think I will go crazy if they do not stop, they are coming every 10-15 minutes during the day and I am waking up 1-2 times a night. Is this normal or am I going crazy!  |
