I started using premarin a couple weeks ago . I would like to know how long before i could feel an improvement? Would i need to use it forever?

bonnie, that is scant information to go on.Did your doctor explain what the premarin was for and what you could expect it to do for you. I believe it takes a while for it to get into your system.You should ask your doctor about how long you have to be on it.

Im on premarin cream for vaginal drynes. My doctor didnt give me much information . I have refills to last me a year.
