His and Her Health

I ordered a kegalmaster a few months ago. It has helped me in cramping and bleeding so badly during my periods. It has also tightened my vagina beyond my wildest dreams. I was doing regular kegals since the birth of my children, but resistance is really the key. I was so impressed with the lack of pain during my last period, however due to a rape in Oct of 03, I have a damaged ovary which causes me alot of ovulation pain and heavy scary bright bleeding during that side of my period from the damaged ovary. I recently had an ultrasound on my pelvis to make sure I had no fibroids. Is there any way to shrink the damaged ovary down or am I going to have to face surgery and remove it to make the pain go away? Thanks. Katya_35

I would suggest seeing a gynecologist to evaluate the size of the ovary. A pelvic ultrasound is often used to visualize the ovary.
