I've been diagnosed with peliv floor tension myalgia and I think it's accurate. But the doctor doesn't know what to make of this - the pressure to urinate is focused on the muscles around my clitoris. I can't go very long without needing to urinate - only a little bit of liquid comes out, but there's a strong feeling of pressure around the clitoral area and no where else.
the doctor put me on Sanctura, which has done wonders for my pelvic floor muscles but hasn't done anything for the aforementioned area. I've been on Sanctura for two months now and I'm starting to worry that nothing's ever going to fix this. has anyone else ever experienced this? If so, what did you do? I'm trying not to lose hope over here but it's extremely frustrating.

viola1: I thought Sanctura is for Overactive Bladder; have you been diagnosed with this? Sanctura is for the bladder not pelvic muscles??

If there is pelvic muscle tension then you need some physical therapy (one that specializes in pelvic floor dysfunction).
